摘要
本文介绍了一种具有高透明性的C.I.颜料红166的制备技术。通过在酰氯化时添加一定量脂肪酸,生成混合酰氯后与对苯二胺进行酰胺化,可以得到具有高透明性、高着色强度的红色偶氮缩合颜料。对其颜料性能进行了测试,并分析了其晶体性能。
A process of preparing high transparency C.I. Pigment Red 166 was given. The red azo condensation pigment with high transparency and high coloring strength was obtained by adding certain amount of fatty acids to acylating chlorination, and then amidat- ing with p-phenylenediamine. Its pigment performances were determined and its crystal property was characterized by X-ray diffraction.
