固定床催化氧化处理高浓度苯胺废水的工艺研究

Treatment Process of High Concentration Aniline Wastewater by Fixed Bed Catalytic Oxidation

摘要 本文对催化氧化固定床设备处理高浓度苯胺废水工艺进行了研究。实验表明,此工艺对高浓度苯胺废水有较好的处理效果,并确定了最优的工艺条件:pH值3左右、投加1%的25%双氧水、床内停留2 h,0.2 m3/h曝气量,工艺温度40~50℃;此工艺条件下苯胺去除率大于90%,COD去除率大于70%。 Treating high concentration aniline wastewater by fixed bed catalytic oxidation was studied. The experiment results showed that the process has a good effect to high concentrated wastewater of aniline. The optimal process parameters were determined : pH ca. 3, adding 25% hydrogen peroxide 1% (in weight of wastewater) , oxygen 0. 2 m^3/h, staying in bed for 2 hours, process temperature 40- 50 ℃. The removal rate of aniline was more than 90%, COD removal rate was more than 70%.
