颞三针、舌三针配合语言康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床研究

Clinical Outcomes of the Application of Temporal Three Needling and Tongue Three Needling Combined with Language Rehabilitation Training in Treating Aphasia after Stroke

目的探讨颞三针、舌三针配合语言康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床疗效。方法收集2013年1月~2016年1月干我院进行治疗的脑卒中后失语症患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各42例。对照组患者使用语言康复训练,观察组患者在此基础上配合颞三针、舌三针进行治疗。治疗四周后,对两组患者临床疗效、语言功能评分以及生活质量进行观察与比较。结果观察组总有效率为90.48%,显著优于对照组的69.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后语言功能评分及生活质量评分均明显高于治疗前,且治疗后观察组得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颞三针、舌三针配合语言康复训练治疗脑卒中后失语症疗效良好,利于患者语言功能恢复及生活质量提高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the application of Temporal three needling and Tongue three needling combined with language rehabilitation training in treating of aphasia after stroke. Methods 84 patients with aphasia after stroke admitted in our hospital from Jan.2013 to Jan.2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 42 cases in each. Patients in the control group underwent language rehabilitation training with the observation group underwent Temporal three needling and Tongue three needling additionally. The clinical effects, language ruction scores and life quality of 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%, obviously higher than 69.05% of the control group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The language fuction scores and life quality of the two groups after treatment were obviously higher than before, and observation group was higher than control group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using Temporal three needling and Tongue three needling combined with language rehabilitation training shows positive effects on in the treatment of aphasia after stroke, showing noticeable language fuction and life quality improvement.
