摘要
在内蒙古高原与模拟平原条件下,进行纯生物柴油和35号油的发动机性能对比试验。对比生物柴油与35号油试验结果表明:生物燃料的十六烷值和含氧量较高可弥补其热值较低的缺点,燃用生物柴油时柴油机的扭矩及功率有明显提升,动力性得到改善,但同时因其密度较高会增大生物柴油的燃油消耗率,经济性下降。对比平原与高原两种进气环境下试验结果表明:高原条件下柴油机的动力性和经济性均弱于平原条件下。在内蒙古高原条件下燃用生物柴油时,大气压的改变对动力性及经济性的影响较35号油小,其富氧特性可以弥补内蒙古高原地区的动力性损失问题,但其油耗仍然增加。燃用生物柴油时柴油机的最大功率与扭矩分别提升13.37%、13.44%;最小燃油消耗率升高幅度为9.3%~24.5%。
In the plateau of Inner Mongolia and simulated plains, engine performances with pure biodiesel and 35 oil were compared. The results of biodiesel and 35 oil show that because of the higher cetane number and oxygen content can compensate for the lower calorific value of the biodiese, when burning biodiesel,engine's torque and power has obvious improvement, so that performance improved. But also because of its high density will increase the fuel consumption rate, so the economic performance declined. The results of the plain and plateau show that, under the plateau condition, the diesel engine's power performance and fuel economy are worse than that under plain condition.At inner Mongolia Plateau as the engine burning biodiesel, the change of the atmospheric pressure affects the performance and fuel economy more slightly than when burning 35# oil, and can compensate power lose that because of the higher oxygen content. The maximum power and maximum torque of engine increase by 13.37% and 13.44% respectively, and the minimum fuel consumption grew by 9.3% to 24.5%.
