随着产业结构的调整和城市化进程加快,作为工业文明的见证者,大量工业遗存面临着闲置和拆除的命运。在此背景下,随着工业遗产的研究不断深入和我国对于工业遗产的重视程度提高,关于工业遗产的活化更新利用的二次开发,逐步成为当今建筑学界共同关心的热点话题之一。文章以内蒙古工业大学建筑馆的改造实例研究为切入点,对更新设计模式和再生策略进行研究分析。

As a witness of industrial civilization, a large number of industrial remains with the adjustment of industrial structure and urbanization process is facing the fate of idle and demolition. Under this background, with the deepening of the study of industrial heritage in China and the degree of importance for improving the industrial heritage, industrial heritage on the activation of the two development and utilization, has gradually become one of the hot topics of common concern in the construction sector. In this paper, the renovation of the architectural museum of Inner Mongolia University of Technology as an example, the renewal of the use of design patterns and regeneration strategies are analyzed.
