人文视角下绿色生态城区规划策略研究——以河南省鹤壁新区空间规划设计为例

随着人们对城市空间质量的追求,绿色生态城区的开发建设越来越受到关注。由于中小城市建设生态城区的进程过快,对其开发建设大多重视其物质建设层面,忽视了对城市的历史文脉、人文生态的考虑,城市空间也呈现了人文特色消失、环境质量下降等问题。因此,融合了城市人文因素的生态规划研究成为值得研究的课题。对人文视角下的绿色生态城区规划策略进行研究,并以河南省鹤壁新区的空间规划设计作为切入点,在基于其空间现状分析的基础上,提出了将人文理念融入其生态规划,并探讨相应的规划策略,期望能为生态城区开发建设背景下类似地区的规划工作提供案例启示。

With the pursuit of urban space quality, development and construction of green eco-city is payed more and more attention. Due to the rapid progress of the construction of eco-city in small and medium-sized cities, most of its development and construction takes its material construction level seriously, ignoring the historical context and cultural ecology of the city. Urban space also shows the disappearance of humanistic characteristics, environmental quality and other issues, Therefore. it is worthwhile to study the ecological planning of urban human factors. Based on the analysis of its spatial status, this paper puts forward the integration of humanistic ideas into its ecological planning and explores the corresponding strategies of ecological planning in Hebi New Area of He＇nan Province as a starting point. This paper hopes to provide some enlightenment for the planning of similar areas under the background of eco - city development and construction.
