基于因子分析法的东北地区收缩型地级市城市竞争力的动态研究

"收缩城市"已经成为当前国内外学术界的研究热点,东北地区收缩城市是其重要组成部分,并已经受到了广泛关注。文章着力构建了东北地区收缩型地级城市竞争力的衡量指标。其次,利用2004、2009、2014三年统计数据对所选取的东北地区城市竞争力进行了因子分析,得到了2004、2009、2014三年各年东北地级收缩城市的城市竞争力的综合得分,并比较变化趋势。最后,通过分析东北地级收缩城市之间的得分趋势差异,提出了相应的针对性的政策建议。

The ＂ shrinking city ＂ has become a hot research in academic circles at home and abroad, the ＂ shrinking city ＂ in nor[heast China is an important part, and has been widely concerned. Firstly, this paper constructs the measurement index of urban competitiveness of prefecture-level cities in northeast China. Secondly, using the statistical data of 2004, 2009 and 2014 ,this paper analyzes the urban competitiveness of the selected northeast area, and obtains the comprehensive score of urban competitiveness of northeast prefecture-level cities in 2004, 2009 and 2014, and compares the trend. Finally, by analyzing the difference of the score trend between the prefecture-level cities in northeast China, the corresponding targeted policy recommendations are put forward.
