Opportunities and Challenges on Steel Structure Housing in China

钢结构是最符合可持续发展要求,具有节能、环保、绿色优势的结构体。本文介绍了钢结构住宅的优势,讨论了我国钢结构住宅发展面临的机遇以及钢结构住宅发展过程中所受到的制约瓶颈,在此基础上,对钢结构住宅如何进行技术研发和市场推广提出了一些建议。

Steel structure is most consistent with the requirements of sustainable development,energy saving,environmental protection,green advantage. In this paper,first of all,the advantages of steel structure housing are introduced. Secondly,opportunities and bottleneck restricting,which are in the process of steel structure house development in China,are discussed. So far as steel structure housing is concerned,a number of recommendations are put forward in order to carry out technology research and market expansion more efficiently than ever before.
