初中思想品德课宪法教育探析

Research on Constitutional Education in Ideological and Moral Course in Junior High School

十八届四中全会作出了关于全面推进依法治国的决定,提出未来的中国是一个走向法治的中国。实现依法治国应该首先遵循依宪治国,宪法是法治国家的根本,也是一切法律得以实施的重要基础。以初中思想品德课为载体,向正处于青春期阶段由幼稚走向成熟的初中学生进行宪法教育,并把宪法教育的精神和内容落实到学校的教学实践中,对全面推进法治国家的建设,践行社会主义核心价值观,以及培养初中生成为合格公民具有重要意义。

The fourth plenary session of the 18th Communist Party of China （CPC） Central Committee announced a communiqu 6, which focuses on ＂comprehensively advancing the rule of law＂ in China. The general target is to form a system serving ＂the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics＂ and build a country under ＂the socialist rule of law＂. To realize the rule of law, the country should be ruled in line with the Constitution. Constitution is the fundamental law of our country and it lays the legal foundation for all other laws. To carry on constitutional education is the objective requirement of comprehensively advancing the rule of law on the basis of the ideological and moral course in junior high schools in China. It is not only very important in pursuit of practicing core socialist values, but also a realistic need to cultivate students to be qualified citizens.
