2例飞行员横纹肌溶解症临床资料分析及航空医学鉴定

Aviation medical evaluation of rhabdomyolysis in pilots:a clinical analysis of two cases

目的探讨飞行员横纹肌溶解症的诊断、治疗及航空医学鉴定,指导临床航空医疗工作和飞行员的卫勤医疗保障。方法分析2例飞行员横纹肌溶解症的诊断、治疗和医学鉴定资料,复习国内外相关文献,提出飞行员横纹肌溶解症的防治及医学鉴定意见。结果 1例因短期剧烈运动,1例为服用阿托伐他汀后发生横纹肌溶解,经治疗症状消失、各项指标恢复正常,结论飞行合格。结论剧烈运动或药物引起的横纹肌溶解症经治疗症状消失、生化指标恢复正常、无后遗症者飞行合格。

Objective To find out more about rhabdomyolysis and give aeromedical advice by investigating the diagnosis,treatment and aviation medical evaluation of rhabdomyolysis in aircrew.Methods The diagnosis,treatment and medical assessment of rhabdomyolysis in two pilots were analyzed.Suggestions for medical assessment of rhabdomyolysis in aircrew were raised by summarizing the clinical data and reviewing related literature.Results One case was diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis because of extreme exercise in a short time,and the other because of the use of atorvastatin.After treatment,both pilots recovered without any discomfort or abnormal biochemical indicators and were permitted to return to flight.Conclusion Pilots with rhabdomyolysis induced by heavy exercise or drugs can return to flight if they have normal biochemical indicators and no symptoms or sequel after treatment.
