MR扩散加权成像联合T_2WI对前列腺疾病诊断研究

MR diffusion weighted imaging combined with T_2WI in diagnosis of prostate diseases

目的分析MR扩散加权成像(DWI)联合T_2WI诊断前列腺疾病的临床价值。方法收集2012年1月—2015年10月陕西省宝鸡市人民医院收治的70例前列腺疾病患者,入院后均完成常规MRI T_2WI序列、DWI检查,并与病理进行对照,分析T_2WI、DWI及二者联合诊断对前列腺疾病的诊断价值。结果良性前列腺病变组织ADC值明显高于前列腺癌组织ADC值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_2WI+DWI联合诊断良性前列腺病变、前列腺癌准确率均高于单用T_2WI,联合诊断仅与单用T_2WI诊断准确率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用DWI联合T_2WI诊断可提高前列腺疾病诊断准确性,DWI、T_2WI可实现优势互补,提高诊断的敏感度、稳定性及空间分辨率。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of MR diffusion weighted imaging（DWI） combined with T_2WI in the diagnosis of prostate diseases.Methods Seventy patients with prostate diseases under went conventional MR I T_2WI and DWI examination between January 2012 and October 2015.The results were compared with those of pathology to analyze the value of T_2WI,DWI and their combination in the diagnosis of prostate diseases.Results ADC value of benign prostate lesion tissues was significantly higher than that of prostate cancer tissues（P〈0.05）.The accuracy rate of T_2WI combined with DWI in the diagnosis of benign prostate diseases and prostate cancer was higher than that of T_2WI or DWI alone but there was significant difference between combined diagnosis and T_2WI alone（P〈0.05）.Conclusion DWI combined with T_2WI can improve the diagnostic accuracy of prostate diseases.T_2WI and DWI have mutually complementary advantages,which can improve the sensitivity,stability and spatial resolution of diagnosis.
