摘要
双侧向测井是裸眼井常规测井项目,在测井勘探开发中已广泛使用,较为常用的双侧向探头为玻璃钢环充油式。针对目前双侧向玻璃钢环充油式探头常用的刻槽管零件所存在的应力集中和装配时预紧力较大的问题,结合新型双侧向探头的研制对刻槽管进行了改进,重新设计了刻槽管纵截面并进行了预紧力矩的计算,建立其三维模型,进行了有限元分析并在微机控制电子式万能试验机上对新的刻槽管进行了压力试验验证,解决了原刻槽管所存在的问题。改进后的刻槽管消除了应力集中,便于装配与维修。
Dual laterolog is one conventional project for open hole well,which has been widely used in the logging and exploration. The commonly used dual laterolog sonde is the oil type filled with fiberglass rings. The stress concentration and the large assembling pre-tightening force are common problems in the dual laterolog sonde. The grooved pipe is improved based on development of the new dual laterolog sonde. The design for redesigned longitudinal cross of the grooved pipe is improved,and the pre-tightening torque is calculated,its threedimensional model is established,the finite element analysis and the pressure test on microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine have been carried out to verify the new grooved pipe,and the problem of the original grooved pipe is solved. The improved grooved pipe eliminates the stress concentration,and assemble and maintain easy.
