摘要 探讨了石油管检测及校准项目质量管理中常见问题。在此基础上,建立了基于PDCA循环和过程方法的石油管检测/校准项目的质量控制模式,阐明了项目管理部门和项目负责人在质量控制中起着核心的作用。并指出在PDCA循环中,需要对项目负责人的能力、检测标准及方法、检测数据及结果、原始记录、项目进度等关键过程环节进行控制。该模型在西气东输二线等国家重大油气管道工程用管材检验评价项目中得到了很好的应用。 The common problems of project quality management for oil pipe testing and calibration were discussed. On this basis,the quality control model of oil pipe testing and calibration projects was built based on the PDCA circulation and process approach,and it is pointed out that the project management department and project leader play the central role in the quality control. Furthermore,it was stated that it is necessary to control the key aspects of the PDCA cycle,such as the project leader's ability,testing standards and methods,testing data and results,original records,and project progress. This model has been well applied in the inspection and evaluation projects of the Second West to East gas pipeline and other major national oil and gas pipelines.
