基于模糊PID控制的风管漏风量检测装置设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有风管漏风量检测设备笨重以及自动化水平不高的问题,设计了一种基于西门子S7-1200系列PLC的漏风量检测装置。PLC程序设计中利用最小二乘法拟合风管压力与漏风量的经验公式,实现风管气密性的自动判定。实验结果表明该装置对风管漏风量的现场检测更加便捷、准确。 A leakage detector of air duct is designed on the basis of Siemens S7-1200 series PLC.The new detector is of higher automation level and lighter than the existing devices.In the design of PLC program,the empirical equations of air duct pressure and air leakage rate are combined with least square method to assess the tightness of air duct automatically.The experimental results show that this new device is more convenient and accurate in the field detection of air duct leakage rate.
