摘要
随着长距离带式输送机在煤炭、矿石行业的应用,了解长距离带式输送机的设计和安装过程变得尤为重要,尤其是其与普通带式输送机在设计与安装过程中的不同之处。在尼日利亚某矿山项目中,带式输送机路由非常复杂,不仅有多处的起伏和落差,而且还有很多的平面转弯,正常运行过程中电机还会变成发电状态,本次创新性的采用对几种工况分别进行设计分析的手段,通过对皮带机进行模型建立,并采用受力和功率计算的方法核算了各种工况下所需的技术参数,并对配套的各关键部件的选型原则进行了阐述,为类似工程中的长距离带式输送机的设计提供参考。
With the application of long-distance belt conveyor in the industries of coal and ore,it becomes particularly important to understand its design and installation process,especially its difference in comparison with common belt conveyor.One Nigeria mine project adopts very complex belt conveyor route which includes several drops,rise-and-falls and many horizontal curves.Besides,the motor discharges electric power during its normal operation.The means of designing and analyzing several working conditions respectively has been creatively applied,which involves the establishment of a belt conveyor model,the calculation and check of technical parameters required under different working conditions by stress and power computation,illustration of selection principle of key parts.The analysis results will provide a reference for the design of long-distance belt conveyor in similar projects.
