摘要
污垢是热的不良导体,污垢热阻的存在,不仅使得换热器传热效率大大降低,还会增加流体的传输能耗,有时甚至会带来生产隐患。运用传热学基本理论,分析了地表水换热系统中污垢对管壳式换热器(水—水,无相变)传热性能的影响变化,并针对一次冷却水系统提出了阻垢对策。
As a poor conductor to heat,the fouling resistance not only lowers the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchanger greatly,but also increases the energy consumption of transmission in fluid,sometimes even causes hidden danger.Basic theory of heat transfer has been used to analyze the impact of fouling in surface water heat exchange system on the performance of tube-shell heat exchanger(water-water,no phase-change) and its change.In addition,anti-fouling countermeasures to one-off cooling water system are put forward.
