地方农林院校师资队伍建设的SWOT分析及对策——以江西A大学为例

The SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure Research on the Construction of Teachers' Team in Local Agricultural and Forestry Universities:Taking Jiangxi A University as an Example

教师是大学之所以为大学的关键,是高校发展的根本保证,同时也是优秀人才培养的核心要素。江西A大学在地方农林院校中具有一定的典型性。运用SWOT分析法,对其师资队伍建设的现状进行分析,并提出相应的策略,可以为其他地方农林院校师资队伍建设提供一定的借鉴。

Teachers are the mainstay of university, guaranteeing the university development and innovative talents training in the role of a core element. This paper takes A University in Jiangxi Province, a typical agricultural and forestry university, as the research object, uses the SWOT method to comprehensively analyze its teacher team construction and provides some counter-measures as reference for local agricultural and forestry universities＇ construction of teaching team.
