腹腔镜逆行Miles手术

腹腔镜逆行Miles手术采取先将患者放置改良右侧卧位,从会阴部游离直肠肿瘤及其周围组织。然后将患者改换平卧位,用腹腔镜常规根治性切除直肠肿瘤,并行结肠永久性结肠造口。手术方式突出了会阴部操作和腹腔镜腹部手术的优势,使手术切除过程更加精细,操作更加方便,同时可减少术后切口感染。

Laparoscopic recessive Miles operation was performed, firstly in the improved right lateral position, the rectal tumor and surrounding tissue were dissociated on perineal region. Secondly patient was put in horizontal position, common radical resection of rectal cancer was performed under laparoscopy, and same time the permanently colostomy was done. This kind operation had the manipulate advantage both in the perineal and abdominal region. It was refined and convenient to perform the operation, and to reduce wound infection rate after operation.
