Results for United States presidential election have raised global concerns. This article studies the challenges brought by globalization counterattack and the prospect, reveals the causes and consequences of the eration of new populism concerning the ＂black swan incident＂, and proposes that China, as a great power have theory and strategic strength to deal with globalization.
