摘要
教育资源的均衡配置问题,是考量教育公平的一个重要指标。高校内部脱产和非脱产两种不同办学形式在教育资源配置方面存在着诸多问题,在学校设施利用、教师资源利用、学术交流机会、校园活动机会等方面均存在不平等现象。这些问题的产生有着深刻的社会根源、主观原因和客观原因。在教育公平的视角下,高校应树立以人为本的理念,统筹优化资源配置,建立教育检测评估体系,加强师资力量建设,实施补偿原则,以期实现教育资源的配置均衡。
The balanced allocation of educational resources is considered as an important indicator of educational eq- There are many problems in the allocation of educational resources in the form of full-time and part-time education in college, such as that the inequality of utilizing school facilities, teacher resources, academic exchange opportunities and campus activities. These problems have deep social roots, subjective reasons and objective reasons. In the perspective of educational equity, this paper suggests that college should establish people-oriented concept, optimize resource allocation, establish education evaluation system, strengthen teachers' construction, and implement compensation principle in order to achieve a balanced educational resource allocation.
