摘要
传统的宽厚板压平机不仅本体笨重,而且升降时容易出现倾斜事故。因此根据依托项目,综合考虑宽厚板压平机整体机械结构的典型特点及其在压平过程中普遍存在的偏载问题,采用ANSYS有限元软件进行有限元仿真模拟分析,同时也给其它大型设备的轻量化设计提供了一定的参考价值。
The traditional flattening machine for wide and thick plate is heavy and the tilt accident easily occurs during lifting. According to the practical project, considering the typical characteristics of the overall mechanical struc- ture of flattening machine for wide and thick plate and the offset load problem occurred commonly during flattening, the finite element simulation analysis is carried out by ANSYS finite element software, and it also provides some reference for the lightweighting design on other large scale of equipments.
