410S冷轧钢带表面麻点缺陷分析

Analysis on Pitting Defect on the Surface of 410S Cold Rolled Steel Strip

410S不锈钢热轧钢带经酸洗后进行冷轧,在冷轧板上存在麻点缺陷,这种缺陷通过抛光无法消除,对后续加工使用影响较大。本文对冷轧后板面存在的麻点缺陷进行金相和扫描电镜能谱分析,确定麻点缺陷可能是冷轧时压入夹杂物或氧化皮引起的。

410S stainless steel hot rolled steel strip is taken cold rolling after pickling, and the pitting defect occurs on the cold rolled plate. The defect can＇t be removed by polishing and it will influence the subsequent machining greatly. The metallographic analysis and energy spectrum analysis by scanning electron microscopy have been performed for the pitting defects on cold rolled plate, and the resuh shows that the pitting defects may be caused by the inclusion or scale pressed into plate when cold rolling.
