摘要
在优化混匀矿堆TFe、SiO2含量控制标准的基础上,系统分析烧结矿SiO2含量对烧结矿强度、粒度分布、冶金性能等各项指标的影响规律。研究结果表明,综合考察烧结矿质量变化及对后续高炉冶炼影响,确定当前炼铁部烧结矿SiO2含量被控制在4.8%-5.0%,烧结矿品位可以实现56.5%以上的预期目标。
Based on optimization of control standard for ore blending TFe, SiO2 content, the paper analyzed the effects of SiO2 conient on sinter strength, particle size distribution and metallurgical properties. Research resuhs showed that in consideration of sinter quality change and its influence on BF ironmaking process, sinter grade could achieve more than 56.5% of the expected goal when sinter SiO2 content was controlled at 4.8%-5.0%.
