中低牌号无取向硅钢连续退火机组入口活套跑偏分析

ANALYSIS ON ENTRY LOOP RUNNING DEVIATION OF CONTINUOUS ANNEALING LINE FOR MEDIUM AND LOW GRADES NON-ORIENTED SILICON STEEL

针对某厂连续退火机组在连续冷跑带期间出现入口活套内带铜持续跑偏的情况，现场考察和分析了问题产生的原因，提出相应解决措施，处理之后入口活套带铜跑偏问题得到了很好的纠正。

The strips continued running deviation within the entry loop during the strip continuous cold running in continuous annealing line of a factory. The measures to solve these problems were put forward through the field investigation and analysis on the causes. The deviation was rectified after managing the rollers in the entry loop.
