摘要
采用V—N微合金化成分设计,通过优化控制冶炼、连铸、铸坯加热及轧制工艺,成功开发s450jo级高强度厚规格H型铜桩。产品具有较高的强度、良好的韧性以及优良的焊接性能,实物质量完全满足用户的使用要求。
High strength and thick specification S450J0 H-shaped steel pile was successfully developed by using V-N micro-alloying composition design and optimizing smelting, continuous casting, reheating and roiling technology. The product has higher strength, good toughness and excellent welding performance. The actual product quality fully meets the applicable requirements of users.
