张仲景辨治郁证特点分析

Analysis of Characteristics of ZHANG Zhongjing in Differentiating and Treating Depression Syndrome

张仲景所论之郁证为广义的郁证,其包含人体脏腑经络、气血津液、饮食情志等多方面的壅滞、痞塞、蓄积、瘀结、失舒、失畅,为病机的概念,而不是单纯的情志致郁。张仲景郁证辨治特点主要体现为:辨证论治,诸法兼用;以通为治,以通为顺;注重阳气,治病求本;扶正祛邪,虚实兼顾;因势利导,予邪出路。

Depression syndrome discussed by ZHANG Zhongjing is of wide connotation,and it refers to the stagnation,blockage,accumulation,stasis,unsmoothness and obstruction of organs,meridians,qi,blood and body fluid,diet and emotions and so on. It is a concept pertaining to disease mechanism,rather than the emotional depression. ZHANG Zhongjing treated the depression syndrome usually through the following methods：treat- ment based on syndrome differentiation and combing various methods;using the dredging method to cure and to remove harmonization;emphasizing on yang qi,treating disease according to its origin;strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil,paying attention to both deficiency and excess syndrome;treatment according to disease tendency,and giving outlet for evil qi.
