Understanding of Evaluation on Formula Efficacy in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

对《伤寒论》方剂运用的疗效评价问题一直是经方学习的重点和难点,纵观整部《伤寒论》,发现方论中叙述了大量关于药后疗效评价的条文,分析掌握相关条文,对于研究《伤寒论》意义非凡。立足于《伤寒论》原文,通过分析药后患者的汗液、二便、脉象及特殊症状的出现等方面,总结《伤寒论》中的疗效评价方法,并进一步阐述相关评价方法的合理性。需要说明的是,《伤寒论》中的疗效评价方法总体来说较为朴素和零碎,因此,深入总结相关条文仍有很长的路要走。

Evaluation on formula efficacy in Treatise on Febrile Diseases has been the crucial but difficult part for people to study classic formulas. After reviewing the entries in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,it was found that there were a great many entries describing efficacy evaluation after formula administration, and therefore it is very important to analyze and master these entries for studying Treatise on Febrile Dis- eases. Based on the entries of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,methods of efficacy evaluation in Treatise on Febrile Diseases were summarized through analyzing perspiration,urine and stool,pulse conditions and special symptoms after administration,and the rationality were explained further. However,the evaluation method is primitive and unsystemic in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. And the related entries should be further summarized.
