搜风通络汤治疗PEID术后20例神经根症状临床研究

Clinical Study of Effect of Soufeng Tongluo Decoction on Radiculopathy after Percutaneous Endoscopic Interlaminar Discectomy in 20 Cases

目的:通过临床对比研究,分析搜风通络汤对腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜技术(PEID)术后神经根症状恢复情况的影响,并与肌松药盐酸乙哌立松功效作比较。方法:选择腰椎间盘突出症PEID术后患者60例,随机分成基础组、治疗组、对照组各20例,基础组予地塞米松抗炎止痛联合甘露醇脱水治疗,治疗组加服搜风通络汤,对照组加用盐酸乙哌立松,分别在术后3 d、术后1周、术后4周三个时间点用JOA评分和VAS评分评价三组治疗效果。结果:术后3 d,三组之间JOA及VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1周、术后4周,三组之间JOA及VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组疗效优于基础组,且治疗组疗效优于对照组;结论:搜风通络汤对腰椎间盘突出症PEID术后遗留神经根症状有持续改善效果,并且临床疗效优于盐酸乙哌立松。

Objective：To analyze the effect of Soufeng Tongluo decoction on radiculopathy after percutaneous endoscopic interlaminar disceetomy （PEID） compared with eperisone hydrochloride,through a clinical trial. Methods：Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation after PEID were randomly divided into blank group,ex- perimental group and control group,20 cases in each group. In the blank group,patients were given dexam- ethasone for anti-inflammation and mannitol for dehydration,in the experimental group,patients were given Soufeng Tongluo decoction besides the treatment in the blank group,and in the control group,patients were treated with eperisone hydrochloride besides the treatment in the blank group. After the surgery for 3 days, 1 week,and 4 weeks,JOA score and VAS score were applied to evaluate therapeutic effect in the three groups. Results：Three days after the surgery,among the three groups,JOA and VAS score showed no signifi- cant difference（P〉0.05）;1 week and 4 weeks after the surgery,among the three groups,JOA and VAS score showed significant difference（P〈0.05）,indicating that the effect in experimental group and control group was better than that in the blank group,and the effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion：Soufeng Tongluo decoction could relieve the radieulopathy after PEID for long pe- riod,and its clinical curative effect was better than that of eperisone hydrochloride.
