现代的失眠其病机大多当归为痰热。在疾病的动态演变中,痰热易耗气伤血,使气血失和,痰饮易阻滞气机,使脏腑失和,故临床上单纯的痰热失眠并不多见,常虚实夹杂,较为复杂。辨证分为五型论治:痰热内蕴、心脾两虚型;痰热内蕴、肝气郁结型;痰热内蕴、气阴两虚型;痰热内蕴、心肝火旺型;风痰火上扰型。并进一步探讨痰热致病的演变规律。

In modern people,insomnia is usually due to phlegm heat. Any disease is in a dynamic develop- ment. Phlegm heat usually damages qi and blood and leads to disharmony of qi and blood. Besides phlegm and fluid retention tend to obstruct the qi movement,and lead to disorder of internal organs. The simple in- somnia due to phlegm heat is rare in clinic. Insomnia is usually with mixed deficiency and excess,and is complicated. There are five syndrome types,including phlegm heat accumulation combined with deficiency of heart and spleen,phlegm heat accumulation combined with liver qi stagnation,phlegm heat accumulation combined with deficiency of qi and yin,phlegm heat accumulation combined with exuberant fire of heart and liver,and up-stirring of wind phlegm fire. The development law of phlegm heat was also studied.
