某水下金属矿床开采过程数值模拟分析

摘要 为研究某水下矿床开采的安全性与稳定性,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了该矿床的三维数值模型,在模型中布置应力与位移监测点,计算开挖过程中各监测点的应力与位移。结果表明:1开挖初期整体沉降呈线性增长,但沉降值的增加幅度随着开挖的进行呈减小趋势;2当向上开挖至-95 m时,基岩层的剪应力超过剪应力容许值,基岩极可能产生贯通裂隙,采场具有灌水的安全隐患;3采场人工假顶的边缘处最易出现应力集中,截面弯矩较大。分析结果有利于该矿山合理确定开采上限,采取合理措施确保采场稳定性,从而实现安全开采。 In order to study the safety and stability of underwater mining,a three-dimensional numerical model of a underwater metal mine is established by using ABAQUS software.The monitoring points are set in the model so as to monitor the stress and displacement in the process of model excavation,so the stress and displacement of key points of the model are calculated accurately.The numerical simulation analysis results show that:1the subsidence with the trend of linear growth during the initial excavation,but the growth of the subsidence values show a tendency of decrease along with the excavation; 2when excavation up to-95 m,the bedrock layer shear stress is greater than the shear stress tolerance value,the bedrock is likely to produce the transfixion crack,water may pour in stope; 3the stress concentration phenomenon is most likely to appeared in the stope artificial false roof,the cross section bending moment is large than that of edge.The above simulation analysis results of this paper is helpful to mine managers to make reasonable upper limit of mining,and take proper measures to ensure the stope stability and ensure the personnel and property safety during the process of underwater mining.
