平庄红庙煤矿褐煤自然发火期分析

摘要 为定量分析平庄红庙煤矿褐煤的自然发火期,采集了该矿5组褐煤样品,首先应用STA449C热重分析仪进行了煤低温氧化的自然发火特征温度试验,得到热重曲线,发现褐煤在常温下能够迅速氧化并达到自燃程度;然后通过热重反应动力学模型得到煤层样品发火的活化能为123.5 k J/mol;最后通过化学反应速度方程计算得到红庙矿煤层的自然发火期平均为21.42 d。分析结果与红庙褐煤自然发火期的相关记录数据较接近,对于该矿煤层自然发火治理有一定的参考价值。 In order to conduct quantitative analysis of the spontaneous combustion period of lignite in Pingzhuang Hongmiao coal mine,five lignite samples are collected from Hongmiao coal mine of Pingzhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the STA449 C thermogravimetric analyzer produced by NETZSCH company of Germany is applied for the experiment of spontaneous combustion of coal for low temperature oxidation,so,the thermogravimetric curves is obtained,it is show that the lignite could oxidize quickly and reached the level of spontaneous combustion at room temperature; then,the activation energy of spontaneous combustion of coal samples is obtained,that is 123.5 k J/mol by using the thermogravimetry kinetics model; finally,the average value of spontaneous combustion period of coal seam in Hongmiao coal mine is21.42 d,which is calculated by adopting the chemical reaction rate equation.The above analysis results related to the spontaneous ignition period in Hongmiao coal mine is close to the actual data of the mine,which can be used as the reference of the spontaneous combustion period prediction in coal mine working face,besides that,it also very close to the data recorded by the Hongmiao mine,which can provide guidance for the controlling of spontaneous combustion period for other coal mines.
