保定市太行山高速公路沿线贫困区脱贫策略探讨

Discussion on poverty alleviation strategy along the Taihang Mountain Expressway of Baoding

保定市涞源县、阜平县地处太行山区,恶劣的自然条件和交通的不便制约了其脱贫的进程。纵贯河北省太行山区的太行山高速公路已开工建设,计划在2018年建成通车。保定市应依托这一特有的交通优势,构建沿线贫困区"三位一体"的扶贫格局,依靠太行山浅山区打造产业带,带动贫困区居民脱贫的主动性,加快老区人民脱贫致富的步伐。

Laiyuan and Fuping county of Baoding city is located in the Taihang Mountains, poor natural conditions and traffic inconvenience restrict its poverty alleviation, Taihang Mountain expressway, which is throughout the Taihang Mountains, is planed to be completed in 2018. Baoding city should rely on the unique traffic advantages to build the trinity of poverty alleviation pattern of this area, depend on the Taihang Mountain shallow mountain area to build the industrial zone, drive the poor residents out of poverty actively, and speed up the pace of poverty alleviation.
