摘要
分析了电解专用行车定位误差的影响因素,提出了一种采用双激光测距修正的自动定位系统,对电解专用行车定位行走存在的同步误差进行修正,给出了根据三角几何函数关系的修正坐标方程。实际使用,结果显示,提高了电解专用行车的定位精度,对行车定位行走取得了显著效果。
The paper analyzes the influencing factors of positioning error of special crane for electrolysis, puts forward an automatic positioning system with double-laser distance measurement and correction, the synchronization error existed in positioning and track of crane is corrected, and gives the correction of coordinate equation according to trigonometric and geometric function relation. According to actual application of the above methods, the result shows that positional accuracy of crane will be improved, and positioning and track of crane can achieve the significant effect.
