摘要
以一种胺液净化过程控制模型及系统为研究对象,在分析、对比现存各类胺液净化方法的基础上,以工艺介质ORP浓度为控制变量,周期时间、工艺介质流速等为操作变量,建立胺液净化过程控制数学模型。基于此模型,以某实际项目为背景,设计了胺液净化计算机在线控制系统。
This paper takes a process control model and system of the amine solution purification as research object, based on the analysis and comparison of the existing various amine solution purification methods, the mathematical model of amine solution purification process control is established by making ORP concentration of process medium as control variables and taking cycle time and flow rate of process medium as operation variables. On the basis of which, on-line computer control system of amine solution purification is designed by taking a certain real project as the background.
