摘要
电解机组秤原有称重数据传输及监控系统是利用大河仪表称重采集数据,通过触摸屏数据经无线电台发送至工控机接收。鉴于这种数据传输方式通信不稳定,抗干扰能力差,系统改造采用Devicenet网络通讯至PLC,并通过光纤通讯至监控系统,用于分析和评估生产信息。该系统投运后,节约了大量购置硬件费用及系统和设备维护费用,取得了较好效果。
The original weighing data transmission and monitoring system of electrolytic unit scale uses Yamato weighing instrument to collect the data, and sends the data to industrial personal computer through touch screen. Due to the unstable data transmission method and poor resistance to interference, the system transformation uses Devicenet network communication to PLC and optical fiber communication to monitoring system, so as to analyze and evaluate the production information. After this system is put into operation, a large amount of hardware procurement cost and equipment maintenance cost have been saved and the good effect has been obtained in the system.
