摘要
随着冶炼厂环境集烟系统的升级改造,烟囱的使用环境从干烟气变为湿烟气,原有钢筋混凝土烟囱的防腐设计无法满足改造后的烟气条件,必须对原钢筋混凝土烟囱内壁进行防腐改造。本文从工期、施工可靠性和经济性等方面比较了3个方案,并确定最终施工方案采用固斯特PSM聚合物硅酸盐防腐蚀体系。根据施工方案的具体实施情况,提出了相应的调整方案。
With the upgrading and renovation of fugitive gas collecting system in smelter, the operational environment of stack is changed from dry gas into wet gas. The anti-corrosion design of the original reinforced concrete stack cannot meet the conditions of flue gas after renovation, anti-corrosion renovation must be carried out for the inner wall of the original reinforced concrete stack. The paper compares three schemes from the aspects of time limit of project, construction reliability and economy, it determines that the final construction scheme uses Koster polymer/silicate anti-corrosion system. According to the specific implementation of the construction scheme, the paper puts forwards the relevant adjustment scheme.
