注气气泡逸出试验在空腹患者胃管位置判断中的应用

Application of Bubbles Escaping Test to Determine the Location of the Nasogastric Tube in Fasting Patients

目的探讨空腹患者鼻胃管位置判断的方法。方法便利抽样选择68例空腹需要留置鼻胃管的患者,置管后使用注气气泡逸出试验和X射线检测法判断胃管位置,并记录注气气泡逸出试验验证胃管位置的准确率。结果使用注气气泡逸出试验判断68例空腹患者鼻胃管在胃内位置的准确率为97.1%(66/68);判断胃管不在胃内的准确率为100%(40/40),与X线检验法最终验证效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论注气气泡逸出试验可以用于判断空腹患者胃管位置。

Objective To explore effective method for the determination of location of the nasogastric tube in fasting patients.Methods By convenience sampling, 68 fasting patients were selected.After catheterization, bubbles escaping test and X-ray examination were conducted to determine the location of the nasogastric tube.The accuracy of the determination of the location was recorded.Results In68 fasting patients, the accuracy rate using bubbles escaping test was 97,1% （66/68） for the determination of the positive location of nasogastric tube.The accurate rate was 100% （40/40） in screening out the negative location of nasogastric tube in the stomach, which showed no significant difference with the verification result by X-ray examination （P〉0.05）.Conclusions Bubbles escaping test can be used to determine the location of the nasogastric tube in fasting patients.
