淮安市主城区住区发展过程分析

Analysis on the Development Process of Settlements in Huai'an City

解放至今淮安市主城区的住区建设大致经历了起步、缓慢发展、加速发展三个阶段,同时住区的空间分布基本呈圈层状向外扩展,住区开发已成为城市建设的重要载体和平台。此外,淮安市主城区的中、高密度住区也由最初主要集中于主城中心,逐渐演变为在更大的城区空间相对均衡的分布,而以"产城融合"、"智慧宜居"、"绿色文明"等为主要特征的新型住区必将成为淮安市未来住区建设的主导。

After the liberation,settlements of Huai＇an City have experienced three stages： the initial,the slow and the accelerated development stage. And the spatial distribution of settlements has expanded in a circle-like pattern on the whole. The residential development has become one of the important carriers and platforms of urban construction. Meanwhile,the spatial distribution of medium and high-density settlements has expanded and thus bought more balance rather than only gathered in urban center as before. In addition,new settlements characterized with ＂ city-industry integration＂, ＂ smart and livable＂ and ＂ green and civilized＂ will become the most dominating ones of Huai＇an City in the future.
