转型期小城镇低碳建设路径研究——以安徽省凤阳县为例

Research on the Path of Low Carbon Construction in Small Towns during the Transitional Period——A Case Study of Fengyang County,Anhui Province

在我国积极引导和鼓励低碳小城镇建设的政策指引下,从理论研究入手,以安徽省凤阳县为例,通过调研和资料收集,从低碳经济、低碳政策、低碳技术、低碳规划、低碳生活五方面对其低碳建设现状进行分析,提出以落实低碳政策、规划、技术为保障,全面实现低碳经济发展、低碳生活普及的具有可推广价值的低碳建设路径。

Under the guidance of the low carbon small towns construction policy in our country,this paper took Fengyang County of Anhui province as an example,starting from theoretical research and through the investigation and analysis of collected data. It analyzed the present situation of low-carbon construction in five aspects,the low carbon economy,low carbon policy,low-carbon technology,low-carbon planning,and low-carbon life. Finally,it also put forward a scalable low-carbon construction path. It took low-carbon policy,planning,technology as the guarantee achieving the development of low carbon economy and low carbon life.
