乌氏粘度计测定废革屑水解液粘均分子量的研究 被引量:7

摘要 革屑水解液是一个多分散性的高分子体系,欲采用乌氏粘度法测定其粘均分子量,首先要求出常数K和α值:先利用5种已知分子量的蛋白质分别在其等电点处测其特性粘度,再以lg[η]-lg M作图,所得曲线斜率即为α值,截距即为lg K值。结果表明:常数K值为1.196×10^(-3),α值为0.7257。即革屑水解液粘均分子量的计算公式为[η]=1.196×10^(-3) M^(0.7257)。 Leather hydrolyzed chip is a multi-dispersible polymer system, and ubbelohde viscosity method was used to determine their viscosity-average molecular weight. The first thing was to calculate that the constant K and α: the characteristic viscosity of 5 proteins with known molecular weight were measured at the isoelectric point of the protein, then again with lg[η]-lg M mapping, the slope of the resulting curve is α, the intercept is lg K. The results showed that :the constant K value was 1.196 ×10^-3, with α value of 0.7257. The formula for calculating the viscosity-average molecular weight of the leather hydrolyzed chip was [η]=1.196×10^-3M^0.7257.
