摘要
针对因H桥器件参数的差异性而导致的并联损耗、混合损耗、脉冲延时等因素影响稳态时级联H桥电容电压分配的问题,提出一种H桥电容电压均衡控制策略,将H桥的直流侧电压与每相H桥的直流侧电压平均值比较后,通过PI控制器与交流侧电流相乘,叠加到原有的调制波上,通过改变开关器件的导通时间达到电容电压均衡的目的。从理论上详细推导了调制波的变化对H桥直流侧电压的影响,通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建了单相STATCOM仿真模型,验证了所提电压均衡控制策略的有效性。
Some factors such as parallel loss, hybrid loss and pluses delay brought about due to the differences of the H - bridge' s device parameters influence the capacitor voltage distribution of cascaded H - bridge under sta- tionary state. Aimed at the problem above, a balancing control method for H - bridge capacitor voltage was pro- posed. After the average values comparison of H- bridge DC side -voltage with every- phase H- bridge DC side - voltages and multiplication of PI controller and AC side - current, the original modulation waves were super- posed and then the DC voltage balancing control was realized by changing the conducting times of the switching de- vice. Theoretically, the influence of changing modulation waves on the DC side voltages is deduced in detail. Fi- nally, a single -phase STATCOM simulation model is built by MATLAB/Simulink, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed voltage balancing control strategy.
