摘要
将资产全寿命周期管理体系的理论及技术方法应用到低温环境下变压器的成本优化及检修策略的研究,建立了一套科学合理的针对低温环境下变压器的成本管理及检修标准,以达到低温环境下变压器全寿命周期内安全、效能、成本综合最优的目标,对解决低温环境下变压器成本高和可靠性低等问题具有意义。
The theory of life cycle management system for assets and its technical method is applied to the study on cost optimization and maintenance strategy of transformer life cycle at low temperatures in this article. Then on this basis, scientific and reasonable standards of cost management and maintenance for transformer at low temperatures are set up. It is to achieve the target of safety, efficiency and comprehensively optimal cost within the life cycle for transformer at low temperatures, which fills in blank of the relevant domestic areas and has guidance significance to solve the problem of high cost and low reliability at low temperatures for transformer.
