贵州农经网于2014年在全省采取试点县的方式,牵头开展农产品电子商务探索和试运营。历时两年有余,作者通过对多家生产企业的走访和多地电商运营情况调研,对贵州农经网农产品电子商务如何运营做了多种思考,最终在运营模式上提出以指导电子商务模式及打造电子商务模式两种方式作为运营参考,在运营方式上提出首先要精心打造好农产品电子商务网店,同时要注重有效的电子商务经营策略。
