摘要
通过分析轨道车辆抗侧滚系统中弯扭杆的结构并利用功能互等原理建立了弯扭杆整杆刚度计算模型,该模型考虑了弯扭杆折弯处圆弧以及弯臂的影响。建立了将弯扭杆圆弧段及弯臂段等效成当量直杆长度的计算公式,以此建立了将弯扭杆等效成直扭杆扭转的当量扭转刚度计算公式,然后实例分析了考虑弯扭杆圆弧段及弯臂段的刚度与只考虑弯扭杆中直杆段的误差,最后进行了试验验证。
Based on the structure analysis of railway vehicle bending bar,this paper establishes the integral stiffness calculation model of bending bar by using the principle of functional interaction.The model considers the influence of arc and straight-arm in the arc area of the bending bar.This paper establishes the equivalent calculation model which could equal the arc and straight-arm of bending bar to equivalent length of straight rod,establishes the equivalent torsional stiffness calculation model,and then analyzes the stiffness error between considering the arc and straight-arm to only considering the straight rod of bending bar.Lastly,the integral stiffness calculation model is verified by conduct experiment.
