纤维增强钢筋混凝土叠合梁的抗弯性能的影响因素

摘要 以尺寸为100 mm×100 mm×300 mm的棱柱体叠合梁为研究对象,通过SHCC-RC叠合梁三点抗弯试验,研究了纤维性质、养护龄期和骨料粒径对SHCC-RC叠合梁抗弯能力、变形能力和裂缝扩展形态的影响。结果表明,纤维钢筋混凝土叠合梁的抗弯强度从小至大依次为:S纤维叠合梁抗弯强度<T纤维叠合梁抗弯强度<R纤维叠合梁抗弯强度;随着养护龄期的延长,进口纤维叠合梁的开裂载荷、承载力和韧性都呈现逐渐增加的趋势;细粒径骨料相对粗骨料具有更好的改善叠合梁的抗弯强度和断裂能的能力。 Based on prism specimens with the size of 100mm×100mm×300mm mm as the research object, through the SHCC-RC superposition three-point bending test, studied the effects of fiber properties, age and aggregate size on flexural capacity and deformation capacity of SHCC-RC composite beam. The results show that,the flexural strength from small to large of the fiber reinforced concrete composite beams:Shandong fiber composite beam flexural strength 〈 Tianjin fiber stack combined beam flexural strength 〈 import fiber laminated beam flexural strength; With the increase of curing period, cracking load, bearing strength and toughness of the import fiber stacks combined beam are showing increasing trend; fine grain size of aggregate can obviously improve flexural strength and fracture energy of the laminated beam.
