摘要
大面积的现浇钢筋混凝土楼面结构容易在浇筑过程中由于水泥水化热和外部约束条件的影响而产生裂缝。可以从合理选择混凝土材料和改变其浇筑过程中的约束条件两个方面来控制现浇钢筋混凝土楼面结构浇筑过程中裂缝的产生。着眼于后者,分别从理论分析和有限元模型模拟计算两个方面,比较两种不同的浇筑方案下,不同约束条件对于大面积现浇钢筋混凝土楼面结构浇筑过程中产生的内力和变形的影响。
It is easy for mass concrete to produce cracks in the process of pouring due to the influence of cement hydration heat and external constraint conditions. Two different methods which are choosing proper materials and improving constraint conditions respectively can help to decrease the amount of the cracks. The present paper used FEM to simulate two kinds of casting scheme for a certain frame. A comparison of stress and deformation between these two casting schemes was made at the end of the paper.
