阿立哌唑联合米氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者认知功能和生活质量的影响

Clinical effects of aripiprazole combined mirtazapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on the cognitive function and quality of life of patients

目的探讨阿立哌唑联合米氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及对患者认知功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2015年12月来我院治疗的精神分裂症患者98例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为甲、乙两组,每组49例。甲组患者给予阿立哌唑联合米氮平治疗,乙组患者单纯给予阿立哌唑治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后的精神症状、认知功能、生活质量及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的精神症状、认知功能及生活质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,甲组患者的精神症状、认知功能及生活质量评分明显优于乙组(P<0.05),甲组患者治疗总有效率为95.92%,乙组为81.63%,甲组明显高于乙组(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合米氮平治疗精神分裂症能有效改善患者精神症状及认知功能,提高患者生活质量,效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of aripiprazole combined mirtazapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on the cognitive function and quality of life.Methods A total of 98 cases of schizophrenia patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research object,and were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table,with 49 cases in each group.Aripiprazole combined mirtazapine treatment was applied to group A,while aripiprazole alone was applied to group B.The psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function,quality of life and effects of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the difference in psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function and quality of life between the two groups was not significant（P〉0.05）.But after treatment,the psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function and quality of life of group A were obviously better than those of group B（P〈0.05）.The overall efficacy of patients in group A was 95.92%,while that of group B was 81.63%.The overall efficacy of group A was obviously better than group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Appling aripiprazole combined mirtazapine in the treatment of schizophrenia can effectively improve psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function and quality of life.It has significant effects and is worthy of clinical promotion.
