建德市60岁以上农村居民健康体检结果分析

Analysis of health examination results of rural residents above the age of 60 in Jiande City

目的了解建德市老年农村居民的健康状况和疾病谱,为制定健康干预措施提供依据。方法对2015年体检的5595名老年农村居民的疾病发病情况进行分析,包括心电图、B超、胸部摄片、血糖、血脂、内外科、眼科等健康检査。结果共检出各类疾病或者指标异常者4167例,占74.48%;检出率前六位的疾病是白内障、心电图异常、泌尿系结石、高甘油三酯血症、高血压、糖尿病。结论各种慢性病在建德农村居民人群中高发,应积极进行干预,提高生活质量。

Objective To understand the heaith status and disease spectrum of eideriy rurai residents in Jiande City,and to provide evidence for setting up health intervention measures.Methods The incidence of diseases in 5595 elderly residents in rural areas who were given physical examination in 2015 was analyzed,including ECG,B-ultrasound,chest radiography,blood sugar,blood lipids,internal medicine and surgery,ophthalmology and other health check-up.Results A total of 4167 patients were diagnosed with various diseases or abnormal indices,accounting for 74.48%.The detection rate of the top six diseases were cataract,ECG abnormalities,urinary stones,hypertriglyceridemia,hypertension,and diabetes.Conclusion Chronic diseases are in high incidence in the rural residents in Jiande,which should be actively intervened so as to improve the quality of life.
