提升柯桥区山区居民健康素养的实践与成效

Practice and effect of improving the healthy quality of mountain residents in Keqiao district

目的探索基层健康教育模式,为山区居民开展健康教育和健康素养监测干预工作提供科学的参考。方法对山区居民采取以信息传播、同伴教育、慢性病自我管理小组活动、健康教育课堂、全科医生签约服务、健康小屋定期开放及参与式教育等主要干预措施的全民健康素养促进行动,干预前后分别随机抽取100名居民进行问卷调查,评价干预的效果。结果干预前后山区居民健康素养得分分别为(45.89±10.81)分和(53.34±10.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预前后健康素养的三个维度和五类健康问题的得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取健康传播、参与式干预的健康教育与健康促进,经前后1年,山区居民的健康素养水平得到有效提升,需要长期坚持,实行有侧重分类别,培育和引导树立科学的健康观念,不断提高全民的健康素养水平。

Objective To explore the primary health education model,so as to provide scientific references for mountain residents to carry out health education and promotion and health literacy monitoring interventions.Methods Health literacy promotion activities for all people were carried out for mountain residents,with the main intervention measures of information dissemination,peer education,group activities of chronic disease self-management,health education class,general practitioner contract service,regular opening of health classroom and participatory education.Before and after the intervention,100 residents were randomly selected to carry out questionnaires to evaluate the effect of inter vention.Results The health literacy scores of mountain residents before and after the intervention were（45.89±10.81）and（53.34±10.45） respectively,which were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in the three dimensions of health literacy before and after intervention and the scores of five categories of health problems（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education and health promotion with health dissemination and participatory intervention are adopted.After 1 year,the mountain residents＇ health literacy level has been effectively improved,which needs to be adhered to for a long time.A focus on sub-categories should be implemented,a scientific concept of health should be nurtured,guided and established,and thus the health literacy level of all people can be improved continuously.
