综合护理干预在艾滋病患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in AIDS patients

目的探讨综合护理干预在艾滋病患者中的应用及效果。方法选取2012年1月~2013年12月我院收治的艾滋病患者68例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用综合护理,比较两组患者护理满意度及生活质量。结果研究组患者的护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患者生活质量比较无明显差异(P>0.05),综合护理干预后研究组生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾滋病患者应用综合护理干预有利于改善其护理满意度,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in AIDS patients.Methods A total of 68 AIDS patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups：the control group was given routine care,and the study group was given comprehensive care.The patients＇ satisfaction to nursing and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before intervention（P〉0.05）.The quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group after comprehensive nursing intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to improving their nursing satisfaction and improving the quality of life of AIDS patients.
